Mr. Sugarman will co-present at the 2018 Central PA Legal and Legislative Symposium. This Symposium will provide a full explanation of the various provisions of the new law, known as Act 17 of 2018, and how it may affect your community association, and provide information on how your community can adopt an ADR program. We will also review recent judicial cases from around the nation that may have an impact on Pennsylvania’s community associations.
